This was taken on the deck. I have yet to open and door to venture out.

It is 19 degrees and we do have someplace to be at 1:00. Do we venture out?? At this moment, I say no, but who knows.

End of February 2011
It is February 22 and the year is 2011. Last week all the snow melted and showed us that the daffodills were beginning to come through their long hibernation. There was even a tiny purple bud on one of my primroses. That was last week. Today we woke to this:

It is a beautiful sight to behold, all of that newly fallen snow creating a silent, white world. But I get it...you all are tired of it. It was 80 degress and sunny here today...again. That kind of wheather gets monotanous too!
